1. How will you deliver my products purchased from the website?
Courier service delivery (i.e. door to door) is the primary delivery/shipping method used by ThickFiber South Africa. Currently we are limited to nationwide delivery (i.e. we will deliver to all parts of South Africa).
2. In which countries is Thick Fiber available?
Thick Fiber is available internationally all over the world.
3. What is the estimated time for the shipment of products ordered from the Thick Fiber website?
In order to deliver your package to you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (2 working days). Please allow for a further 48 hours for delivery. Total delivery time is estimated at 4-5 working days.
If we anticipate any delays we will notify you via email or telephonically.
4. How much does Thick Fiber charge for the shipment within the South Africa?
In order to get your parcel to you as soon as possible, we have sourced the most advanced ordering, processing and shipping/delivery suppliers. Unfortunately, these services come at a small cost – for all orders under ZAR500.00, a ZAR55 delivery charge is applicable.
5. How much does Thick Fiber charge for international shipments?
Thick Fiber South Africa does not operates outside the South Africa. However international customers can visit www.thickfiber.com or our online store based on your region.

1. What is the Mode of payment that is accepted by Thick Fiber?
Payments can be easily made through the debit or credit card at the time of your order placements at checkout. For the added convenience of our clients, we do offer Payfast for South Africa. Thick Fiber provides a secure payment gateway for all modes of payment.
2. Is paying through Credit/Debit card safe?
Paying through Credit/Debit card is protected as we take additional measures to guarantee your security and comfort. All the data that is entered by our purchasers is kept private for each time you purchase with Thick Fiber.
Returns & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at www.thickfiber.co.za , you may return unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition within 15 days for a refund. If your product is outside of the 15 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via info@thickfiber.ca and we will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately.

Cancellation Policy
In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order if your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by logging into my account. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch your order falls under the returns policy stated above. Please see the cancellation right section in our terms and conditions.
