Refund & Returns Policy
OVERVIEW
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Thick Fiber. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
RETURNS and ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items should be in a reasonable condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
Please note:
- A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required.
- Products should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS
Once your request has been reviewed and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank

SALE ITEMS
Refunds on sale or promotional items may be considered at our discretion.
GIFTS
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, any approved refund may be issued as store credit.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING and RETURNS
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received.
